Nicole teaches bachata & salsa dancing on the side and has traveled around the world to dance. She is ambitious and has a clear vision for Andrex's future.

Forough has been with Andrex since 2016 estimating projects and sending out bids. She is a mother to a rambunctious 6 year old, Master Chef when it comes to the Persian cuisine, and ultimate prankster. She always keeps the office energized and on their toes.
Rainy Coons
Operations Manager
Rainy is a Fireproofing Sensei. Her 30 years of fireproofing and firestopping experience have proven to be invaluable. A die-hard Longhorns fan, Snack Queen, and selfless team player, her passion and positive attitude is infectious and pushes the team to new heights.
Susan has been with Andrex since 2009 taking care of all its administrative needs and finances. In her free time she breeds and raises badass Dobermans and is a diehard Trader Joe's fan. Susan's loyalty to the company is unparalleled, she has stuck with the company through thick and thin and her strength through difficult times is inspiring.

Max purchased Andrex as a residential insulation company and has grown it into what it is today. He is not afraid to get his hands dirty and will always offer a helping hand. An engineer at heart, Max's favorite part of work is being able to tinker with and fix machines. In another life he would probably be an inventor. He has poured his heart and soul into this company and is getting ready to pass it down to his daughter.
